Chelsea-Marie Spence is a young and enthused graduate from Barry University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. She graduated summa cum lade and obtained her certification as an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
While in Florida she interned at the inpatient and outpatient facility of the Memorial Regional Hospital and Fitness Center in the Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab department. This experience and knowledge drives her passion to improve the fitness level of not only cardiopulmonary patients but the elder population and those with chronic diseases so they can live longer independent lives by means of exercise.
Chelsea-Marie has also worked with National Elite Youth Football program as the team’s performance/ strength and conditioning coach. Her deep drive to see individuals both young and old perform at their best continues to encourage her to help athletes and non-athletes recover so they can continue to perform and achieve their personal goals.
